Rachel LeCavalier – President

Rachel LeCavalier is a junior at Northwestern University majoring in mathematics and economics. Besides her involvement with NUTutors, Rachel is the technology chair for her sorority, Zeta Tau Alpha, and is a peer advisor for incoming freshman. She is also a tutor for Northwestern’s athlete tutoring program, has danced in Dance Marathon the past two years, and played saxophone in Northwestern’s concert band. Rachel is still undecided as to what she would like to pursue after graduation.

Kevin Maas – Vice President of Operations

Kevin is a junior in WCAS, majoring in Mathematics and Economics. He is a member of Zeta BetaTau fraternity, where he is Treasurer. Kevin also enjoys playing Club Basketball in his spare time. This past summer, Kevin worked with a digital marketing agency called Wiredset in their Business Development division. This fall, he interned with Goldman Sachs, in their Private Wealth Management division. Kevin is undecided as to what his future career will be, but he is currently leaning towards Finance.

Faizan Amlani – Vice President of Finance

Faizan Amlani is a member of the Class of 2011 pursuing a double major in Mathematics and Economics. He joined NSH as the Vice President of Finance in the Winter of 2009. Apart from NSH, Faizan is a Community Assistant at Bobb‐McCulloch and is also involved with Habitat for Humanity. Faizan has a very strong interest in banking and has interned at CitiGroup in their Investment Banking and Corporate Finance Division. He wants to pursue a career in banking. Faizan’s major hobby is playing and watching soccer.

Adit Kumar – Operations Specialist

Adit Kumar is a junior double majoring in applied mathematics and Mathematical Methods in the Social Sciences, and is participating in the Kellogg Certificate program. In his free time, Adit enjoys rooting for Chelsea and occasionally playing soccer on his own. Adit interned at the Royal Bank of Scotland, leading up a team working on the ABN Amro merger. Adit plans to attend graduate school after college, but he does not know which yet.

Ruchi Behl – Client Relations Manager

Ruchi Behl is a Junior at Northwestern University pursuing a major in Economics, International Studies and completing the Integrated-Marketing Communications Certificate. In addition to her role on NUTutors, Ruchi also participates in other school organizations. She is a participant and artistic director on an Indian fusion dance team called Deeva Dance Troupe that competes nationally. Furthermore, Ruchi is a tour guide at the Northwestern Admission’s Office. In the future, Ruchi would like to pursue a career in International Marketing and apply her skills in the non-profit sector. In her free time, Ruchi loves to travel and explore new places and cultures.
