Jeff Coney – Chairman

Jeff Coney

Jeff Coney is Director of Economic Development at Northwestern University. He previously served as Northwestern University’s Director of New Business Initiatives and led the day-to-day operation of the Illinois Technology Enterprise Center (ITEC) in Evanston. Prior to joining the University, Jeff spent 14 years as a local software entrepreneur.

Majid Boroujerdi is the original founder of Nucorp in 2004 that was reestablished as Northwestern Student Holdings in 2006. He graduated with a bachelor degree in chemical engineering in 2005 and then began his career at Procter and Gamble in Pampers research and development. He is currently assistant brand manager in the new business development marketing group at Procter and Gamble.


Matt Colhmia

Matthew Colhmia

Matt currently works at ZS Associates as an Operations Research Associate, dealing primarily with client/project work in large-scale databasing and operations systems. Matt also worked for Rolls-Royce plc for two years during his co-op, specializing in systems modeling and forecasting. During his time at NU, Matt worked closely with NSH as president of Chicago Unzipped.


Tiffany Farriss

Tiffany Farriss

Tiffany specializes in providing project leadership and strategy through consultation, project planning and training. She has over 13 years of Internet consulting and development experience and extensive experience providing information architecture and usability consulting for a wide variety of clients. Tiffany has a BA in Mathematics from Northwestern University, where she focused on mathematical modeling and human computer interaction, and is a member of the Drupal Association board.


Adam Goodman

Adam Goodman

Adam Goodman directs Northwestern University’s Undergraduate Leadership Program and is a Lecturer in the School of Communication. As co-founder of the NorthStone Group LLC, Adam regularly advises leaders of companies and organizations in the private, public, and non-profit sectors.


Michael Marasco

Michael Morasco

After 20+ years working in the corporate world, Michael Marasco joined the faculty of the McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Sciences as a Clinical Associate Professor and Director of the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (CEI). Previously, Michael was the acting chief marketing officer and vice president at Bally Total Fitness.


Chris Roberts

Chris Roberts

Chris is a second-year student at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Prior to Kellogg, Chris spent three years as a Senior Associate at JH Partners, a private equity firm focused on branded consumer products. Prior to JH Partners, Chris spent two years as an Analyst at UBS Investment Bank.


William White

Bill White

Bill White has been a Professor in the McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Science at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois since January 1998. Prior to joining the university he served as CEO and Chairman of the Board of Bell & Howell Company. Earlier, Bill held executive positions with USG, Mead, and Hartmarx Corporations.


Ethelbert Williams

Ethelbert Williams

Ethelbert Williams is currently Global Director, Integrated Marketing for Starcom MediaVest Group (PUBLICIS), the world’s largest communications strategy firm. Prior to this, his professional experiences included brand management and product development for Procter & Gamble, L’Oreal and Unilever.


Mark Witte

Mark Witte

Mark is the Distinguished Senior Lecturer and the Director of Business Institutions and Undergraduate Studies for the Department of Economics. He is also the current director of the Business Institutions Program.
